Oriana Morcavallo

Oriana Morcavallo is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in spacecraft operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Spacecraft Operations Development Engineer at OHB System AG since December 2023, Oriana has previously held roles as a Spacecraft Controller for ESA Operations, managing Earth Observation missions, and as a Spacecraft Operations Engineer for EUMETSAT, focusing on the Sentinel 3 mission. Additionally, Oriana's career includes significant positions at OHB SE and DLR GfR mbH, contributing to the development of procedures for flight operations and supporting Galileo operations. Oriana holds a Master’s Degree in Space Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and a Master’s Degree in Earth Observation from Università degli Studi di Bari, complemented by various internships and educational experiences in aerospace engineering.
