Hilary Marshall

Hilary Marshall has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Sales & Events Assistant at The Columbus Athenaeum. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Buckman Enochs Coss & Associates. In 2014, they joined Casto as a Manager of Marketing & Public Relations, overseeing brand development for multifamily projects and later expanding into the broader business. Hilary then moved to Washington Prime Group Inc. in 2018 as a Director of Experiential Marketing. In 2019, Hilary joined Coastal Ridge Real Estate as the Director of Corporate Marketing, leading brand strategy and communication. Hilary later became the Managing Director of Client Services & Corporate Marketing and eventually took on the role of Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives. Currently, Hilary works at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing as the Director of Operations, Communications, and Events.
