Rita Ferguson

Rita Ferguson currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the President at Ohio Cat, providing executive-level support and acting as the primary contact for internal and external matters related to the President. Previously, Rita held various roles at EY from 2015 to 2023, including PMO for Americas Consulting Markets Activation, where contributions included the development of the Americas Winning in the Market SharePoint site, and served as Chief of Staff/PMO for Americas Consulting Business Development. Rita has extensive administrative experience, including positions as Administrative Assistant IV at HealthSpan Integrated Care and Administrative Assistant at DPSciences, as well as roles at Hamilton Health Sciences. Rita's educational background includes an Associate degree in Computer Programming and Accounting from Sheridan College and further studies at McMaster University.
