Jennifer Malone, CAMS ACBP, has a well-rounded work experience in the banking and credit union industry. Jennifer started their career at The Home Savings & Loan Company of Youngstown, OH in 2008 as a Universal Banker, where they handled various responsibilities including teller transactions, opening new accounts, and providing customer service. In 2012, they joined Geauga Savings Bank as a Teller II, and later transitioned into roles such as Compliance Analyst and BSA Officer, where they focused on BSA/AML monitoring, filing, and audit and exam preparations.

In 2020, Jennifer joined Cardinal Credit Union as a Compliance Analyst, managed compliance responsibilities until 2023. Currently, since February 2023, they are serving as the VP Compliance Officer at Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union, where they continue to utilize their extensive compliance experience.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has gained valuable skills in areas such as vendor management and loan and credit card sales.
