Melissa Oatney is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Comptroller at OCSEA since January 2014, with prior experience as Assistant Comptroller. Melissa's career includes roles as Accountant at York Risk Services Group from January 2012 to January 2014, and Accounting Manager at Carmel Pharma from August 2006 to January 2012. Earlier positions include Accountant at M Engineering from November 2002 to August 2006. Melissa holds an MBA from Otterbein University and a BS in Accounting from Miami University.
OCSEA
The Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA) represents nearly 35,000 state and local government employees who work in various agencies and institutions.
