Theresa Smith, MSW, LSW, has extensive experience in social work and project coordination. In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator and HR/Executive Office Assistant at OCSEA since June 2009, Theresa has honed administrative expertise. Previous experience includes serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Northwest Counseling Services from June 2010 to July 2012, where responsibilities encompassed case management, intervention, and treatment planning for diverse populations. Additionally, Theresa contributed as a Social Work Intern at the Children's Defense Fund, focusing on policy advocacy and data analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Marketing from The Ohio State University.

The Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA) represents nearly 35,000 state and local government employees who work in various agencies and institutions.
