Chastity Woolen

Chastity Woolen has extensive experience in surgical services, having worked at Ohio County Hospital since June 1996 in various roles including Manager of Surgical Services, Director of Surgical Services, Supervisor of Surgical Services, and Staff RN in the OR, OP, and PACU. Additionally, Chastity Woolen serves as the Director of Surgical Services for Ohio County Healthcare since May 1996. Educational achievements include a BSN in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University (2016-2018), an Associate degree in Applied Science of Nursing from Kentucky Wesleyan College (1994-1996), and a degree in Prenursing from Owensboro Community and Technical College (1992-1994).
