David Pepper

David Pepper serves as the Chairman of the Ohio Democratic Party since January 2015, while also contributing to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law since 2012. Previously, David Pepper worked as an Attorney at Blank Rome LLP from January 2011 to December 2014. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School obtained between 1996 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Yale University completed from 1989 to 1993.
