Matthew J Guyette is an experienced professional in political and community engagement, currently serving as County Chairman for the Ohio Democratic Party since March 2024 and as a Board Member for the Darke County Board of Election since May 2021. Previous experience includes running as a candidate for the Democratic Nomination for US Congress in Ohio-8 from November 2019 to April 2020 and working as a Certified Interpretive Guide at the US Capitol from November 2012 to November 2016. Matthew has a diverse background that includes roles in the hospitality industry, such as Dining Room Captain at Cafe Milano and Assistant Manager at Walgreens, as well as volunteer work in information technology for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
