Brandon Marlow is a seasoned labor relations professional with extensive experience in mediation and organizing. Currently serving as a Labor Relations Consultant for the Ohio Education Association since March 2024, Brandon previously held the role of Labor Representative at the Ohio Nurses Association from November 2017 to March 2024. Other notable positions include Registered Mediator at the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, where Brandon mediated civil and domestic cases, and Organizer for the American Federation of Teachers - Ohio Organizing Project, focusing on charter school teachers' rights. With a Master of Science in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Georgia State University, Brandon possesses a strong academic and practical foundation in conflict resolution and advocacy. Additionally, Brandon's experience includes various roles with volunteer and outreach efforts, notably with the Peace Corps.

OEA represents more than 122,000 teachers, faculty members and support professionals who work in Ohio's schools, colleges and universities to help improve public education and the lives of Ohio's children. OEA members provide a wide range of professional education services in communities throughout the state. Our members teach in kindergarten classrooms, high school labs and university halls.
