Julian O'Loughlin

Julian O'Loughlin is an experienced visual communications professional with a strong background in brand development and maintenance. Currently serving as the Visual Communications Director at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fair since September 2021, Julian O'Loughlin oversees various aspects of visual identity, including logo and graphic design, commercials, photography, and campaign development. Prior to this role, Julian O'Loughlin worked as an Art Director for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources from July 2020 to September 2021, collaborating on brand development projects. Julian O'Loughlin also held the position of Visual Communications Director at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fair from July 1996 to July 2020, solidifying a lengthy commitment to enhancing the organization's visual storytelling.
