Michael Bailey is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, where responsibilities include developing and managing relationships within the farm and food sector, overseeing the Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation, and directing various programs focused on member benefits, youth development, and leadership. With a military career as an officer in the US Army since 2002, Michael holds significant experience in resource management from previous roles such as Division Chief at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and Executive Director for the Ohio Livestock Care Standards Board. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University.
