Sophia Spriggs

Sophia Spriggs currently serves as the Majority Policy Advisor for the Ohio House of Representatives, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as a Senior Legislative Aide to State Senator Bill Reineke in the Ohio Senate from August 2023 to January 2025 and as a Fellow at the Ohio Legislative Service Commission from June 2022 to August 2023. Early career experience includes roles as a waitress/bartender at Speakeasy Ramen, an intern at The Greater Springfield Partnership and the United States Senate, and front desk staff at Springfield Health & Fitness. Sophia began involvement in state government as a Page in the Ohio Senate in 2019. Educationally, Sophia graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, along with minors in Economics and Spanish.
