Celia Elkins

Celia Elkins is an accomplished housing planner currently serving at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since May 2011, focusing on planning, preservation, and development. Additionally, Celia has been a Meals on Wheels Volunteer Trainer and Driver for Lifecare Alliance since February 2000, demonstrating a long-term commitment to community service.
