Jennifer Howell, PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive of Employee Relations & Talent Management at Ohio Living since June 2010, Jennifer provides strategic direction for HR initiatives supporting a diverse employee base across 21 locations, overseeing 35 employees in various functions such as talent acquisition and organizational development. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Director of Human Resources at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber from 1998 to 2010, managing HR operations for 350 employees and overseeing a community annual labor budget. Jennifer began the career as Assistant Administrative Manager at Hidaka USA Inc. from 1992 to 1998. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Otterbein University.
