Linda Bertelsen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration, payroll, and claims management. Currently serving as the Corporate Manager of Human Resource Services at Ohio Living since July 2021, Linda oversees unemployment services, leave of absence tracking, and workers' compensation, among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes working as a Benefit Associate for Westerville City Schools, managing various aspects of employee benefits and compliance, and serving as a Regional HR Specialist at Century Insurance Group, where contributions spanned payroll, accounts payable, and corporate services. Linda began a career in accounting at the Beacon Insurance Company of America from 1989 to 1993, focusing on accounts payable and payroll processes. Linda holds a certificate in Health Plan Navigation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, obtained in 2017.
