Sarah Thompson

Sarah Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sarah currently works at Ohio Living as the Executive Director/Administrator since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Ohio Living from February 2021 to May 2022. Before joining Ohio Living, Sarah worked at Otterbein SeniorLife, starting as an Assistant Activity Leader at The Knolls of Oxford from August 2009 to May 2011. Sarah then held various positions at Otterbein SeniorLife, including AIT from July 2011 to April 2012, Coach, LNHA from September 2011 to March 2014, Guide, LNHA from May 2014 to October 2018, and AVP Small House Neighborhoods from October 2018 to February 2021.

Sarah Thompson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Gerontology & Psychology from Miami University, from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Activity Programming from Sinclair Community College. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Sarah pursued their Master of Healthcare Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Cincinnati.
