Tom Dreyer

Tom Dreyer has a strong background in business development and sales within the senior living industry. Tom'smost recent role was as the Director of Business Development at Ohio Living, where they were responsible for managing operations and leading sales teams. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Sales at Spectrum Retirement Communities, where they successfully established a new territory and implemented strategies to gain market share. Earlier in their career, Tom held the position of Business Development Liaison at Ohio Living Home Health Hospice, where they excelled in building the census and driving brand awareness. Tom's experience demonstrates their ability to drive growth and achieve success in the senior living industry.

Tom Dreyer holds an Associate of Applied Business degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from OpEx Learning in October 2022.
