William Saunders

William Saunders has a strong background in emergency medicine and medical management. William currently serves as the Chief of Service for Emergency Medicine at the University of Toledo Medical Center. William previously held roles as the Associate Medical Director at Ohio Living, the Medical Director and Chief Operations Officer at OMNI Health Services, and the Emergency Department Medical Director at ProMedica. William has also been involved in academic medicine as an Assistant Professor at The University of Toledo and an Associate Medical Director at The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. In addition, they gained experience as an Emergency Medicine Resident at the University of Toledo Medical Center.

William Saunders has a comprehensive education history. William attended Virginia Tech from 1998 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Following this, they pursued a Medical Degree at St. George's University from 2005 to 2009. In the same period, they also obtained a Master's in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph's College (ME). After completing their medical degree, they joined The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, William holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University, although the specific dates of their pursuit are unknown. William has also achieved certifications such as Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
