Brittney Darby has work experience in various companies and organizations. Brittney started their career in 2012 as a Graduate Assistant at Wheeling Jesuit University, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Ohio Logistics as the Director of Transportation. In 2015, they worked as a Coach at Findlay City Schools until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head Coach at Findlay City Schools.

Brittney Darby has a diverse education history. Brittney obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wheeling University, graduating between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Charleston, completing their studies between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained the Fundamentals of Coaching certification from NFHS Licensing in 2015 and the Concussion in Sports certification from the same institution in 2014. Brittney also completed the Safe Sport Training in 2014, although the institution providing this certification is not specified.
