Melissa Crowder

Melissa Crowder's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Melissa started their career in 1993 at PPD, where they worked as a chemist, associate group leader, and quality validation specialist. During their time at PPD, Melissa managed projects and teams for FDA approval of pharmaceuticals, supported outside sales efforts, and conducted business development presentations. In 2006, they joined J.A. Counter & Associates as a marketing and sales support role. From 2007 to 2008, Melissa worked as a marketing manager at Transcend Communications, where they developed and managed marketing plans, strategies, and tools for a sales team. In 2009, Melissa had multiple roles. Melissa served as an operations manager and owner at Connect Medical Corporation, where they focused on strategic planning, financial planning, distribution, and sales and marketing operations. Additionally, they were a member of the Motivational Marketing Group, Inc. and served as the Experience/Venue Chair for the American Marketing Association - Minnesota's 2009 Annual Conference.

Melissa Crowder pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Chemistry, Biology, and Biotechnology. Afterwards, they attended the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2000 to 2005, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Management.
