Louis Lyons, MBA, CISSP, PMP, CCSK-TTT has extensive experience in the field of information security and technology. Louis is the Founder & CEO of Shadow Rabbit Cyber, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused on providing cost-effective IT security solutions. Prior to this, Louis served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ReynCon Educational Services & Training (REST), where they provided strategic and operational leadership for the company's security management. Louis also held the position of Vice President (VP) at the Ohio River Valley Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), a leading organization dedicated to defining best practices in cloud computing security. Louis has served in various senior management roles at DSW Inc, where they were responsible for IT security and compliance, and at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company as the Sr. Manager of Global Information Security. Louis has also worked at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Veteran Administration, and the US Army, acquiring a wide range of skills and knowledge in IT security, project management, and strategic planning.
Louis Lyons obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1999-2003. In 2012-2014, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cybersecurity from Jones International University. Louis also holds various certifications including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK+), among others. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the CCSK Train the Trainer program offered by the Cloud Security Alliance.
