Christine Varwig

Christine Varwig has an extensive background in educational leadership and community engagement, currently serving as a Board of Education Member for Toledo Public Schools since 2014 and as Executive Assistant for Lucas County Commissioners since 2022. Varwig has held multiple leadership roles within the Ohio School Boards Association, including President in 2023 and President-Elect in 2022, along with active participation on various committees and councils. Additional experience includes office management for the Lucas County Democratic Party, volunteer coordination for Toledo Lucas County Public Library, and customer service roles at The Toledo Zoo, showcasing versatility and dedication to community service and educational improvement.
