Dr. Kareem Moffett

Dr. Kareem Moffett is the CEO and Founder of Youth Lead Alliance, which supports organizations that provide services to youth. Dr. Kareem is also a member of Leadership for Educational Equity, a network of equity-minded leaders, and serves on the Board of Trustees at Lighthouse Youth & Family Services. Additionally, Dr. Moffett is a member of the Diversity & Equity Committee at Ohio School Boards Association and a School Board Member at Cincinnati Public Schools. With a background in education and a PhD in Education from the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services at the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Moffett continues to make a significant impact in the field through their work as a facilitator, trainer, and consultant.
