John Paxson

John Paxson has worked in various information technology roles, primarily in the field of athletics. John started their career as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics in June 2013. John then moved up to become the Help Desk Coordinator in September 2014. From July 2019 to July 2021, they served as the Information Technology Operations Manager. Subsequently, they held the position of Information Technology Endpoint Manager from July 2021 to February 2022. Currently, John is working as an Assistant IT Director at the same department, starting in February 2022. Prior to their employment at The Ohio State University, they gained experience as an Information Technology Intern at H.J. Heinz Company from May 2011 to August 2011.

John Paxson attended Fremont Ross High School from 2007 to 2010 and earned their High School Diploma during that time. John also attended Vanguard Tech Center from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Computer Communications Network Technology. Following their high school education, John enrolled at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Management Information Systems, General. John attended this university from 2010 to 2014.
