Caryn M. Bailey

Caryn M. Bailey, ABD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development for Major Giving in the Division of University Advancement at Ohio University, where previous roles included Assistant Director of Development and the inaugural Development Officer for Diversity and Inclusion. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Dr. Carolyn Foster Bailey Lewis Family Foundation, Caryn focuses on health, wellness, and educational support for individuals facing acute and chronic health issues, as well as providing scholarships for socio-economically disadvantaged students. Additionally, Caryn is the President and CEO of The Cornerstone Heritage Group, LLC, and has held various positions in business development and development roles across multiple organizations. Caryn is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education at Ohio University, having previously earned a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from West Virginia University.
