Indu Sharma

Indu Sharma, Ph.D., is a seasoned academic and advisor with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as a Student Success Advisor and Director of Student Success and Retention at the Russ College of Engineering and Technology at Ohio University since October 2018, Indu has previously held roles as Assistant Director of TRIO SSS:CAP and Academic Retention Specialist. Prior to Ohio University, Indu was a Communication Instructor at Hocking College and a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Ohio University. Indu's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication and Media Studies and a Master's degree in Communication and Development from Ohio University, as well as a Bachelor's of Education and a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University.
