Joy Cobb

Joy Cobb is an experienced educator and academic advisor with a diverse background in higher education administration. Currently serving at Ohio University since December 2014 in multiple roles including Technology Education Specialist III, Enrichment Advisor, Assistant Director of TRIO Student Support Services, and Student Success Advisor, Joy has demonstrated a commitment to student success and academic support. Previous positions include Academic Advisor and Adjunct Mathematics Instructor at Central State University, Adjunct Mathematics Instructor at Miami University, and Mathematics Teacher at Life Skills Center of Columbus Southeast. Joy Cobb holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University, and an Associate of Science with an emphasis in Mathematics from Sinclair Community College. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration at Ohio University, Joy exemplifies dedication to the advancement of educational practices and student outcomes.
