Larry Tumblin

Larry Tumblin has extensive experience in information technology and education, having served as the Director of Information Technology for Regional Campuses at Ohio University since September 1994. Previous roles at Ohio University include Assistant Director and Administrative Assistant of the Learning Advancement Center, where responsibilities included managing computer labs and supervising staff. Additional professional experience includes an interim role as President/CEO at University Telcom Inc. and as a Veterans Service Representative for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, advocating for veterans' education. Military service as a Sergeant in the US Army provided linguistic expertise as a Russian linguist during Desert Storm. Larry Tumblin holds a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University and a diploma from the Defense Language Institute.
