Michael Gray

Michael Gray, J.D. serves as the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance at Ohio University since September 2022, contributing as a member of the Athletics Department Executive Team and overseeing men's and women's cross country and women's track and field. Prior to this role, Michael held various compliance positions at Northern Kentucky University from August 2018 to September 2022, including Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Director of Compliance, and was responsible for monitoring NCAA bylaws and leading name, image, and likeness initiatives.
