Claudette Fikes has extensive experience in health and housing services, currently serving as a Personal Health Coach and Care Manager at Humana since June 2016. Additionally, Claudette has held the role of Housing and Benefits Specialist/Rapid Rehousing Case Manager at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Special Projects since June 2004, focusing on enrollment, disability assessments, and community resource referrals. Since December 1999, Claudette has also worked as a Housing and Benefit Specialist with Goodwill Special Projects, assisting veterans and their families with benefits applications and community services coordination. Educational qualifications include an Associates of Applied Science in Early Childhood/Childcare Tech, a Master's in Social Work with a focus on Administrative Social Work, and a BA in Social Work, all obtained from the University of Cincinnati and Union Institute & University.
