Kelly Schoembs

Kelly Schoembs has a solid background in human resources and organizational development. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries, where they work with a team to develop programs and strategies for employee development. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Organizational Development and Strategy at LOTH, Inc, where they also served as the HR Director. Kelly has previous experience with MetLife, where they held various roles such as GLDP Program Director, HR Business Partner and Talent Lead, and Human Resources Business Partner. Throughout their career, Schoembs has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, and change management.

Kelly Schoembs attended Miami University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
