Danny Cooper

Danny Cooper is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system administration and information technology education. Currently serving as a Unix Systems Administrator at the Bureau of the Public Debt since November 2008, Danny possesses extensive skills in managing various *NIX platforms, including AIX, Solaris, and Linux. As the Director of IT Programs and Assistant Professor of Information Technology at Ohio Valley University since January 2004, Danny has contributed significantly to academic programs in the field. Previous roles include serving as Sr. Manager of Unix and Enterprise Systems at Dallas Semiconductor, overseeing critical Unix resources for infrastructure and engineering, and managing IT project support at Sabre Decision Technologies. Danny holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Oklahoma Christian University.
