Imogene Johnson

Imogene Johnson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Officer at Ohio Wesleyan University since July 2021 and is the Founder of Strategically Driven HR, established in August 2018, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic HR services. Previous roles include Executive Director of Human Resources at Columbus Museum of Art, Director of Human Resources at Ohio's Electric Cooperatives, and various HR leadership positions at Parking Solutions Inc., Broadband Express Installation Services, and Lowes Home Improvement Stores. Imogene's extensive experience in human resources spans from a Regional Senior Consultant at Verizon to Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities. Imogene holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University.
