Melissa Nelson

Melissa Nelson has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Payroll and HRIS Manager at Ohio Wesleyan University since April 2014, after previously holding roles as Student Payroll Coordinator and Human Resource Specialist at the same institution. Prior experience includes a decade at DeVry University in various admissions positions, including Executive Admission Advisor and Senior Admission Advisor. Melissa's career began at Ohio Wesleyan University as Assistant Director of Admission, and earlier at Earlham College as Area Director of Residence Life. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Ohio Wesleyan University, a Master of Arts in Student Personnel Services in Higher Education from Eastern Kentucky University, and a Master of Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
