Kevin Weldi

Kevin Weldi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kevin started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Torrington Bearing Company. Kevin then moved on to SKF Automotive Division, where they held roles as a Manufacturing & Process Engineering Manager and later as a Focus Factory Manager & Start-up Project Manager.

Later, Weldi worked at Defiance Precision Products as a Plant Manager, responsible for directing the turnaround and growth of the Upper Sandusky facility. Kevin then joined PBR Automotive as a Plant Manager, supporting five automotive tier one assembly plants.

After that, Kevin Weldi served as Vice President & General Manager at Harding Machine LLC, where they oversaw daily operations and strategic planning for two manufacturing facilities. Following this, they worked at TPI Composites, Inc. as a General Manager, spearheading a greenfield start-up operation and launching innovative products for defense and transportation markets.

Weldi's next role was at JL French as a Mulit-Site Plant Manager, where they played a key role in consolidating the organization and managing chapter 11 bankruptcy processes. Kevin then joined Tekfor Inc as the President / Managing Director of the Americas, responsible for the total business performance of the US, Mexican, and Brazilian markets until it was acquired by American Axle.

Currently, Kevin Weldi works at Ohio Gratings, Inc. as the Sr Vice President of Operations.

From 1983 to 1988, Kevin Weldi attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
