Mary Wilson Wheelock

Mary Wilson Wheelock currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at OhioGuidestone since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Executive Director of Philanthropy at The MetroHealth System from December 2021 to February 2024. Mary's extensive experience in leadership roles includes serving as Executive Director for the ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter, where services were provided to individuals with ALS and their families from April 2011 to December 2021. Additional positions include Senior Development Officer at the Cleveland Museum of Art and Manager of Membership & Annual Fund at the Great Lakes Science Center. Mary began the career with roles including Fundraising Consultant and Development Associate, having a foundation in service through Americorps Vista. Education includes a B.S. in Chemistry from Baldwin Wallace University followed by studies at the University of Notre Dame.
