Nicole Klimas-Morrison has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Nicole started their career in 2012 at National Church Residences, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, they ensured and maintained the quality standards of the organization's programs. Nicole later became a Quality Assurance Program Manager, overseeing the entire quality assurance process.
