Nicole Klimas-Morrison

Nicole Klimas-Morrison has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Nicole started their career in 2012 at National Church Residences, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, they ensured and maintained the quality standards of the organization's programs. Nicole later became a Quality Assurance Program Manager, overseeing the entire quality assurance process.

In 2016, Nicole joined OhioGuidestone, where they held various roles. Nicole started as an Assessment and Connection Specialist, assisting with the intake and connection of clients. Nicole then served as an Intake/Clinical Supervisor, where they supervised the intake and clinical processes. Next, Nicole became the Assistant Director of Community Counseling for Lorain-Erie Counties, contributing to the development and management of community counseling services. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Operations for Lorain, Erie, and Huron Counties.

Nicole Klimas-Morrison's education history begins in 2007 when they attended The Ohio State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, which they completed in 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at The Ohio State University and obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2012, specializing in Social Work.

In terms of certifications, Nicole Klimas-Morrison acquired a license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board in December 2019.
