Aja Davis

Aja Davis currently serves as the Associate Director of Development at the Wexner Center for the Arts since March 2021, following a role as Director of Individual Giving and Donor Stewardship at the United Way of Central Ohio. Other significant positions include Director of Human Resources at St. Stephen's Community House and HR Manager at Simplifi HR Solutions, where Aja provided valuable consultation and guidance in human capital management. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Remedy Intelligent Staffing and Saks Fifth Avenue, alongside a Shift Supervisor position at Starbucks. Aja holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Ithaca College, where involvement in student ambassador programs was also notable.
