Anna Hensley

Anna Hensley has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at OhioHealth since December 2019. Hensley has a proven track record of managing and advancing major projects, such as leading a $70M ERP initiative and overseeing operations for multiple hospitals with a focus on quality, culture, finance, and patient satisfaction. With a career at OhioHealth since 1994, Hensley's prior roles include Vice President of ERP, Vice President of Clinical Operations, and Vice President of Oncology, where strategic partnerships and service line management were key responsibilities. Hensley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology/Science, a Certificate in Radiation Therapy from The Ohio State University, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Franklin University.
