Cindy Hafer is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient safety and transplant program management. Currently serving as a System Patient Safety Specialist at OhioHealth since October 2017, Cindy previously held the role of Kidney Transplant Program Manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital from 2009 to September 2017, where responsibilities included collaborating with healthcare leadership to enhance operational processes, liaising with regulatory agencies, and promoting a strong customer service culture.
