Joe Adams

Joe Adams serves as the Director of Leadership Development at OhioHealth, overseeing the strategic vision for 10 leadership development programs and equipping over 1,800 system leaders through various content formats. Previously, Joe held roles including Manager of Leadership Development, where the design of a virtual New Leader On-Boarding experience was a key achievement, and Manager of Learning and Development, responsible for implementing training programs that enhanced Associate Engagement scores. Joe’s extensive background in the United States Air Force spans roles such as Superintendent of the Medical Support Squadron, Professional Development Coordinator, and Commandant of the Airman Leadership School, showcasing a strong commitment to leadership, training, and organizational improvement. Joe holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and has engaged in numerous professional development roles, including managing community outreach as President of Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 306.
