Rachel Baker

Rachel Baker has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as the Residential Team Supervisor of Admissions and Engagement at The Buckeye Ranch since August 1996. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as an Intake Clerk at Columbus Springs from December 2017 to February 2019, and as a Cosmetic/Fragrance Clerical at Lazarus between January 1993 and January 1996. Rachel holds an Associate's degree in Mental Health, Chemical Dependency, and Mental Retardation from Columbus State Community College, completed between 1993 and 1997, and is a graduate of West Jefferson High School, class of 1992. Additionally, Rachel participated in The Buckeye Ranch Leadership Academy from 2015 to 2016.
