Roland Tokarski

System Vice President - Real Estate, Construction And Facilities at OhioHealth

Roland Tokarski serves as the System Vice President of Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities at OhioHealth since February 2015, overseeing project planning, construction, and facilities management across the organization. Prior to this role, Roland was the CEO of Trident Water Solutions from October 2012 to February 2015, leading the company in providing water savings solutions for industrial users. Roland spent over two decades at Quandel Construction Group, where significant achievements included founding the Ohio operation, serving as President and COO, and managing substantial projects totaling over $4 billion. Early career experience includes a Project Engineer position at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, contributing to notable projects at the Space Telescope Science Institute and Johns Hopkins University. Roland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
