Susana Wicker

Susana Wicker, CTA, has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Service Excellence Ambassador at OhioHealth since August 2021. Susana has also held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to the General Manager at Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel since April 2016. Prior experience includes roles at Marriott International, where Susana worked as Club 21 Supervisor and Payroll Administrator, and at the Adams Mark Hotel as Capitol Grill Restaurant Supervisor. Earlier career positions include Administrative Assistant at the Arthur Ashe Safe Passage Foundation and Reservations and Marketing at Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy. Susana pursued education at State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 1988 to 1990.
