Jose Alberto Garcia Arroyo

Jose Alberto Garcia Arroyo serves as Director Northern Europe at OHLA Group, where responsibilities include managing market development and overseeing contract delivery throughout the Northern Europe region. In this role, Jose leads teams on multiple projects focusing on infrastructure, including road, rail, and tunneling, as well as complex design and build projects. Previous positions at OHLA include Director UK & Ireland and Construction Director for a significant public-private partnership healthcare project in North America. Prior to joining OHLA, Jose held the role of Managing Director for SACYR in Aragon and Navarra and served as Project Director at Ferrovial. Educational credentials include an Executive Development Program from IESE Business School, an Executive Master in Business Administration from EAE Business School, and an Advanced Management Course from McGill University, among others.
