Mark Vega has extensive experience in administrative and patient support roles, currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at OHL North America since March 2017. Previously, Mark worked as a Patient Navigator at Jamaica Hospital, where responsibilities included serving as a liaison to enhance healthcare outcomes, educating high-risk patients on chronic diseases, conducting training sessions for new employees, and providing Spanish interpretation for patients with limited English proficiency. Mark began their career as a Student Assistant at UB Research Foundation. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo, and is currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Project Management at Empire State University.
