Calle Svedenborg has a diverse work experience in project management and engineering roles. Calle is currently working as a Project Manager at Öhlins Racing AB since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Saab as a Project Manager, responsible for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for Saab GlobalEye and Erieye AEW&C from 2019 to 2021. Calle also served as a Sub-project Manager for system and PLD development for Eurofighter Typhoon's new countermeasures during 2019-2020.
From 2016 to 2019, Calle worked as a Technical Project Manager at Combitech Sverige. Their major projects included the development of a new signaling system for rail traffic and the development of military vehicles. Calle led a team in the development of the next-generation military vehicle for NATO, involving the production of thousands of vehicles.
Calle started their career as a Calculation Engineer at Alten Sweden from 2014 to 2016. Calle worked as a consultant in the aviation industry, focusing on structural analysis and dimensioning of next-generation combat aircraft components. Calle also provided consultancy services in the field of hydropower, performing strength analyzes for modernization and capacity enhancement projects in several power plants.
Before joining Alten Sweden, Calle worked as a Construction Manager at Vattenfall from 2010 to 2014. Calle led a construction office in modernization and power enhancement projects at Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB. Their responsibilities included detail and system design, quality control, documentation, pre-studies, requirements definition, process analysis, procurement, and coordination with international suppliers.
Calle Svedenborg obtained a Civilingenjörsexamen degree in Teknisk fysik from Umeå University. This educational journey took place from 2005 to 2010.
