Eni Cipa

Eni Cipa started their work experience in 2010 as a Customer Service Team Lead for ProMarketing Albania, where they worked until 2014. Eni then joined the National Agency of Protected Area in 2015 as a Human Resources Specialist, staying until 2018. In 2018, Eni joined Midsummer and held various roles including Administrator and Receptionist, R&D Engineer, and Cost Compliance/Aftermarket and Claims. Eni continued working at Midsummer until 2022. Eni's most recent position is a Quality Engineer Claims & Warranty at Öhlins Racing AB, starting in October 2022.

Eni Cipa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës in 2012. Eni then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering at the same university, completing their studies in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their education, including a Certificate in "New challenges in the governance of protected areas" from the European Parks' Academy, a Certificate in "The presentation with the public administration" from the Albanian School of Public Administration, a Certificate in Autocad 2D from the Harry T. Fultz Institute, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from ISSAT, and a Certificate of English Language from the University of Cambridge. Furthermore, Eni Cipa is certified by the Ministry of Environment, Albania, for the compilation of environmental impact assessment reports, carrying out environmental audits, and drafting expertise on environmental issues. Eni is also certified as an expert to evaluate a report on the environmental impact assessment or the results of an audit. Finally, they have a certification in HRMIS from the Department of Public Administration Albania.
