Christian Hoika

Christian Hoika has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles in multinational companies. Christian started their career at Unilever in 1996, where they worked as a Business Team Controller. Christian later became the European Finance Manager and Business Unit Controller at Unilever, gaining experience in operational services, controlling, and culinary/ impulse. In 2008, they were promoted to Finance Director for Unilever Foodsolutions DACH. In 2014, they assumed the role of CFO at ADA Cosmetics for a brief period before joining General Mills as the Regional CFO for CEEGR. Christian is currently serving as the Global CFO at Ohly.

Christian Hoika received their Abitur from Erweiterte Oberschule Bad Doberan, between the years 1988 and 1990. Christian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universität Rostock from 1991 to 1996.
